Sankt Jakob is most favourably located for climatic reasons in one of the most beautiful valleys of the Tyrolian Alps, surrounded of some dozens

either on the snow-sure skiing area Brunnalm,
on well preparated cross country ski runs, by lugging, by ice scating,
